TrueForm Industrial is a manufacturing service partner specialising in rapid-turnaround custom parts for industry.

With in-house design capability and advanced 3D printing technology, we deliver engineered solutions faster than traditional manufacturing methods. For smaller, less complex parts, we’ve supplied first-off prototypes in as little as 4 hours.

We combine additive manufacturing with traditional fabrication and machining where required. From fabricated steel work-holding with 3D printed contact points, to machined stainless hydraulic components with replaceable printed inserts — we design solutions that improve performance and reduce long-term wear costs.

Our approach is faster, more flexible, and often more cost-effective than conventional methods.

Alongside additive manufacturing for jigs, fixtures and consumables, we also provide rapid procurement support through established supplier networks across the UK and worldwide — allowing us to source and deliver components quickly when time matters.
