Rotating Buffer Fixture

This rotating jig, using a heavy-duty turntable, fabricated steel frame and 3D printed contact points allows the operator to work on one part, while the next is loaded, significantly reducing changeover time.

The heavy-duty turntable and steel box-section frame mean that the fixture remains stable while the operator works on the part.

The 3D printed contact points allow for quick, easy and secure location of a complex part on the fixture. A push-fit recess has also been added to secure loose cable during work, without causing damage to the cable when the part is removed.
