A custom 3D-printed vacuum cup body, used as a work-holding device for a large format CNC router.
The main body of the vacuum cup was printed as a single-piece (shown here), completed by adding a custom rubber seal, which allows for ample vacuum pressure and a soft-touch interface with the customer's product.
TrueForm Industrial analysed the requirements, designed the solution, manufactured the parts, sourced and assembled the seals, and delivered the complete, finished product to the customer, ready to fit to the machine.
